This good basic hotel is safe with consistently courteous and pleasant staff. The breakfast is savoury and tasty, available with products served incl and sausages, for instance.
Not too good breakfast, it should be way much better.

The staff where very helpful and accomidating for my 2 year old son
It took us nearly 3 hours to find the hotel cause of all the one way streets it was not least to find at all and the staff tried to help over the phone but it was just tucked behind a main street and was very difficult to find.

Flexible stuff that allowed me to check out at 1PM.

i like the location and cervice. I stayed there with my mom and my littel baby and it was so convenient couse the hotel located close to metro station and centr of the city .

I found the staff and the service to be very helpful. The room was cleaned to a good standard and found the bathroom to be particularly clean,
I found the room very basic. There wasn't a kettle or remote control or manual for the television. I would have expected a guide on what was in the local area to also be in the room.

Caution needed regarding neighborhood safety at night!!! Noise from nearby bars and street music can keep you awake. Lack of mini-fridges in the rooms is a significant oversight!!! Shower water temperatures fluctuated, not ideal for relaxation.

the room was spotless, it was cleaned every day and fresh towels were also provided, staff were very helpfull and spoke perfect english, location was great for most of the attractions in barcelona
